@XPrettyXSceneXGirl Tyra may appear more popular since TV is in more households, and the rise of the Internet. However, back in the day, Christie was the talk of the town so to speak, she was MASSIVE. Perhaps you weren't born yet.

@stewartx5 I'm talking about when it comes to fame,much more people have heard of Tyra. She had 2 shows and appeared in MANY movies aside from her modeling career. That's kind of what fame is,when you're really well known around the world to a large proportion of people...so yeah,I back my statement still.

@XPrettyXSceneXGirlOh, come on. As a supermodel, Tyra Banks falls far short of Christie Brinkley. Christie has appeared on more than 500 magazine covers, with photos inside countless others. Heck, Banks hasn't even modeled in years, with much of her fame today instead coming from television appearances.
